Refund Policy

At Ombreia, we strive to deliver quality with every order. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our updated policies below.


Eligibility for Refund

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the item was received damaged or defective due to our error.

Proof Required

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging must be submitted.
  • We will cross-reference the proof with our quality control records before approving any refund.

RTO & Prepaid Refund Policy

  • If a prepaid order is returned due to RTO (Return to Origin), the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refund will be processed only after the product reaches back to us and passes our quality verification for condition, tags, and packaging.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Incorrect sizing or change of mind
  • Products used, washed, or returned without original tags/packaging
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor color or print variations due to screen differences

Final Sale / Sale Products

Sale items are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange once sold.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the product being delivered.
  • After 7 days, we do not offer any exchange or store credit.
  • An exchange will only be processed after the product passes quality check — the item must be unworn, unwashed, in premium condition, with no odor and all tags intact, exactly as delivered.
  • A ₹299 exchange shipping fee will be applicable for all exchange requests.
  • For exchanges involving a different product, any price difference will be handled accordingly: no refunds will be issued for lower-priced items, and any additional amount for higher-priced items must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
  • COD orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@ombreia.com within the required time window.
  2. Include your order number, issue details, and photo/video proof where applicable.
